How long is the Warranty period?

The global warranty for Headphones and speakers is for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

How do I use the warranty?

If you have purchased the product from an authorised reseller, Marshall.com or Marshallheadphones.com and are within warranty period, please contact us via the link below and we will help you with your warranty claim. 

Can I repair my product?

At Marshall, cutting edge audio involves looks, quality, sound – and longevity. To ensure our products live for long, we offer warranty and repair services.  

We are happy to help you through our repair service by authorized service partners using original Marshall parts. If the product is within Warranty and repair isn’t an option, we replace your product with a new one, carefully crafted with new and/or high-quality old parts. We promise it will meet the same standards as your original product.
