No, the Stanmore II Bluetooth isn't portable, it doesn't have a battery. But we do offer portable speakers here.
CAN I PAIR THIS WITH MORE THAN ONE OTHER SPEAKER TO CREATE A MULTI-GROUP?
It can be paired with one other Stanmore II Bluetooth for ambient or stereo sound; they can’t be used in Multi-Groups of more than 2 speakers.
IS THERE AN APP FOR THIS SPEAKER?
Yes, this speaker can be used with the Marshall Bluetooth app.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STANMORE & STANMORE II?
The Stanmore II Bluetooth has had some upgrades compared to the Stanmore Bluetooth:
- The Stanmore II Bluetooth has a different design (aesthetics) and you can use the Marshall Bluetooth app to control the speaker
- The Stanmore II Bluetooth uses Bluetooth 5.0 with Qualcomm® aptX™ where the Stanmore Bluetooth uses Bluetooth 4.0 with Qualcomm® aptX™
- The Stanmore II Bluetooth speakers can be used two at a time with one device, playing in either Ambient (two speakers are synchronised to play the same audio) or Stereo (two speakers of the same size are coupled as a stereo pair) mode.
