Once the products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
We offer a 14 days return policy for all our customer, only if the product is defective. Please contact our Customer Service by email or phone provided here.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition. This stout-hearted hero utilises True Stereophonic, a unique form of multi-directional sound from Marshall. Experience absolute 360° sound where every spot is a sweet spot. As the loudest speaker in its class, Kilburn II produces a clear midrange, deep bass and extended highs. Powered by 36 Watts, its pronounced and articulate sound pushes the boundaries of stereo for a speaker of this size, free from the confines of wires and cords. Kilburn II is able to withstand even the longest days on the road.

HOW DOES A BLUETOOTH SPEAKER WORK?

Before you do anything, make sure Bluetooth is switched on at the device you want to play music from. On each of our portable speakers, there is a Bluetooth button, press this until it flashes and find the speaker’s name on your device to pair. Next, decide what you want to play, and make sure the volume is turned up loud enough.

CAN PORTABLE BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS BE PLUGGED IN?

Stockwell II, Kilburn II, and Tufton all have an aux option. The rest of our portable speakers use Bluetooth only to play music.

WHAT IS THE CHARGING TIME ON THE PORTABLE RANGE?

Our portable Bluetooth range can play for up to 30+ hours depending on the model and can be plugged in to play as soon as the battery dies.

DO YOUR PORTABLE SPEAKERS HAVE A MICROPHONE?

Our Willen speaker might be small, but it packs in a lot of great features including a microphone. Meaning you can use it to take calls hands free. The rest of the range do not have this feature.
