"Amazing sound the best for this dimension on the market good work Marshall. Bass power and mid hight quality is perfect"

    — Luke

"I'm really impressed with this Marshall, great sound, very deep bass, amazing quality and longest lifetime battery ever!"

    — Asdrubow Marinho

"This Marshall speaker ROCKS, as in OMG does it sound awesome!"

My wife sais I live in the past, and I replied with, "you're right, but I love the part of the past I live in", with that said, I'm always drawn to the music, the cars the style "the stuff" of the 60's and 70's.
To my ear music was richer, fuller, not tinny, it had bass, mids and highs you felt what you heard. Well, Marshall did just that with this relatively small speaker, absolutely insane!

Would I call myself an audiophile for this review? Having grown up in the 60's and 70's listening to all the greats in all genres of music, owning HiFi systems such as McIntosh tube amps, the original Denon of back in the day, Kenwood receivers of the 70's, Yamaha receivers, Marantz, Harman Kardon to Boston Acoustic speakers, Advent, Infinity just to name a few. Oh and dropping thousands into car audio with Alpine head units Pioneer super tuner, breaking in 12 inch subs all self installed, spending hours at stereo shops listening to speaker after speaker of the drum solo at the end of the song Frankenstein by Edgar Winter or Jeff Beck Cause We've Ended As Lovers (but I can name hundreds waayy more popular, that's too I'd have to say yes I'm somewhat of an ole school audiophile. My ear can discern the slightest variance without looking at my treble or bass knobs where they are set without even looking at them. Speaking of treble and bass knobs I LOVE manual analog fine tuning knobs as on this Marshall speaker, I love to twist turn my volume as well, I think we just like what we grew up with plain and simple. What Marshall Kilburn accomplished with this speaker is not only bringing back that ole school look and feel, but what you hear out of this small box is comparative to a high quality tower speaker of the 70's, just amazing. Then to have the modern day technology of Bluetooth is just icing on the cake as I can have my iPhone 6s on one end of my home and 50 feet away and through walls get perfect reception. I will say using the quality included audio cord bumps the overall quality up 15%+/- to my ear, this was a combined bump in clarity, volume, lows mids and highs, which is fine for me as I will mostly be using it that way anyway. That's not to be mistaken for any lack in Bluetooth as its as good or better than any Bluetooth I've owned in the past decade or since its conception.

I feel this company developed this speaker solely for me as I appreciate every detail from its looks, details, sound even its packaging is over the top. I was not looking to spend this much money on a speaker that's about half the size of a shoebox but could not be happier that I did as it's worth every penny and then some. I also must add, I have watched and listened to every review out there on this speaker and plain and simple some of the you tube side by side comparisons have the speaker treble and bass knobs set to zero or flat but the comparison speaker is an auto tune or no adjustment so to me that's simply an unfair comparison, I took the slight risk of purchasing without hearing it going with 40+ years of knowledge and great brand. It's getting harder and harder to find Honest, Fair, Intellectual reviews nowadays, which is why I took the time to gloat about this speaker.

Oh, and the wife, who said I live in the past, after putting on her request of Gypsy Kings and watched her dancing around saying omg this sounds like a night club, lets suffice it to say she gets "the past" thing a tad more.

    "Worth it"

My roommate had one of these kilburns, and after I found out how easy it was to use, and how amazing it sounded, I just had to get one myself.
Definitely worth the money, if you're into brilliant sound and amazing design.

Easily connected with my PC, Tablet and Android Phone. Sound is very clean. Adjust the treble to max and the bass to 60% and you are in for a real treat! Classic Retro 60's Marshall. Better than JBL, Sony and Bose.
