Orders placed within warehouse opening hours will be processed the same day. Once your package has been processed it is ready for shipment and you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email confirming the number of days the shipping carrier needs to deliver your package.
Below you will find an estimate of the number of working days (Mon-Fri) required to ship our products to you. This estimate starts from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Orders to countries outside the EU are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect or pay any import duties that may be charged in designated country of delivery. Any additional import charges must be covered by you in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information if you are unsure if import duties may apply in your home country.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. The cost of the item will be reimbursed from us.

SHIPPING INFORMATION DURING HOLIDAYS
In accordance with what is stated in our Terms of purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase made from Marshall Group within 30 days if you are not happy with your product. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, we prefer that you submit a request on our website or chat with us on our website during our opening hours. You can also use this standard form for the right of withdrawal.
Extended returns to 31st January
No stress. We always have a 30 day return policy, but we are now extending it so that you can return any presents or orders until the 31st of January.
Be aware of additional shipping times
We pack and ship your product the same day if you place the order on working days before 2 PM and we do so also in December. We always do our very best to make sure you get your order as fast as possible and you will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your orders is shipped.
Our shipping partner have though warned us for potential longer delivery times, so to be really safe getting your products before the big day, we recommend you order as soon as possible. To some addresses the delivery might now take up to 7 working days.
